肤痔清软膏用于混合痔术后炎症反应阶段的疗效观察

Efficacy of Fuzhiqing Salve Postoperatively Used at Inflammatory Response Stage of Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察肤痔清软膏用于混合痔术后炎症反应阶段的临床疗效,将200例混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组术后肛内注入肤痔清软膏治疗,对照组术后肛内注入肛泰软膏治疗。记录两组术后1、2、3d肛门疼痛、水肿及创面渗出物评分,术后创面肉芽组织生长时间。结果显示,观察组术后1、2、3d肛门疼痛、水肿评分及术后2 d创面渗出物评分均优于对照组,术后创面肉芽组织生长时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,混合痔术后炎症反应阶段应用肤痔清软膏,可减轻术后疼痛,水肿等情况,促进创面愈合,临床效果显著。

This studay was to observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzhiqing salve(shortly named as salve)postoperatively used at inflammatory response stage of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 200patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent external dissection&internal ligation into observation group(100cases,after surgery,via anus infusion of salve)and control group(100cases,infusion of Gangtai salve);then,recorded and compared both groups'score rating on anal pain,edema,and wound-surface exudation;time for wound-surface granulation tissue growth.As results,in the ratings on pain and edema at 1,2,3days after surgery,as well as in the ratings on wound-surface exudation at 2weeks after surgery observation group was all superior to control group(P<0.05);in the time for wound-surface granulation tissue growth observation group was earlier than control group(P<0.05).Results show that salve used at inflammatory response stage after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids can reduce pain and edema,promote wound-surface healing,with significant efficacy.
