标准化护理在健康体检肠镜检查中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Standardized Nursing Applied in Enteroscopy for Health Examinees

为探讨标准化护理在健康体检肠镜检查中的应用效果,选取本院70位健康体检肠镜受检者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各35人。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予标准化护理干预。对比两组肠道准备情况,知识知晓度评分和疼痛评分。结果显示,观察组肠道清洁度评分和肠道准备成功率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组知识知晓度评分及疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,标准化护理能提高健康体检肠镜受检者肠道准备效果和知识知晓度,还能减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the application efficacy of standardized nursing in health examinees undergoing enteroscopy,randomly divided 70health examinees in author's hospital into control group(35 persons,routine nursing)and observation group(35persons standardized one);then,compared both groups'intestinal preparation status,and the score ratings on patients'knowledge degree to enteroscopy,and on pain.As results,in the rating on intestinal clean and intestinal preparation success rate,and in the ratings on knowledge degree and pain,observation group was all superior to control group(a ll,P<0.05).Results show that the standardized nursing can enhance examinees'intestinal preparation efficacy and knowledge degree to enteroscopy,and relieve patients'pain.
