摘要
高校发展水平是促进社会整体发展的重要因素之一,办学水平高低最为关键因素之一在于高校中教师教学水平的高低。高校如何培养一批具有高素质、高技能、热爱与忠心于教学的教师队伍,取决于高校绩效管理过程中是否有一个科学、合理、公平、系统的高校教师绩效体系。民办院校是高校的重要组成部分,对社会的发展也做出了不可估量的作用,特别是民办院校具有自身独特的优势,但在对教师绩效考核制度中存在一些偏差,并根据问题分析提出改进措施与建议。
The development level of higher colleges is one of the important factors to promote the overall development of the society.One of the most critical factors lies in the teaching level of teachers.How higher colleges train a group of teachers with high quality,high skill,love and loyalty to teaching depends on whether there is a scientific,reasonable,fair and systematic performance system of higher college teachers in the process of performance management.As an important part of higher colleges,private higher colleges have played an immeasurable role in the development of the society.In particular,private higher colleges have their own unique advantages,but there are some deviations in the teacher performance assessment system,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions according to the analysis of the problems.
