本文立足高职教育改革发展现状,准备把握高职院校领导干部治理能力现代化的内涵,剖析存在的差距不足,着力通过加强党对职业教育工作的全面领导、构建现代化的治理体系、加强治理实践提升能力素质等措施推进治理能力现代化。

Based on the current situation of the reform and development of higher vocational education,this paper is ready to grasp the connotation of the modernization of the governance capabilities of the leading cadres of higher vocational colleges,analyze the gaps and deficiencies,and focus on strengthening the Party’s overall leadership of the vocational education work,building a modern governance system,and strengthening governance practices and other measures to improve the quality of capabilities promote the modernization of governance capabilities.
