摘要
校园欺凌俨然成为各大高职院校安全工作的主要任务之一。文章深入剖析了高职院校校园欺凌的特有属性,并重学生个人、家庭、学校及社会等微观与宏观的层面阐释了校园欺凌的发生机制,基于高职院校欺凌的特有属性及生成机制,提出了以校园欺凌发生前、发生时与发生后的时间轴为主线,建立以社会、学校、家庭及学生个人等多元主体的协同治理体系,即形成校园欺凌“3·4交互模型”治理路径的生态闭环,以应对当前高职院校的校园欺凌。
Campus bullying has become one of the main tasks of security work in higher vocational colleges.The paper deeply analyzes the unique attributes of campus bullying in higher vocational colleges,and explains the mechanism of campus bullying on the micro and macro levels of students,family,school and society.Based on the unique attributes and generation mechanism of bullying in higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to establish a coordinated governance system with multiple subjects including society,school,family,and individual students based on the time axis before,during and after campus bullying occurs,which forms an ecological closed loop of the“3·4 interactive model”governance path for school bullying in order to deal with the current campus bullying in higher vocational colleges.
