新时期背景下辅导员利用易班开展学生思政教育工作的探索路径

互联网+背景下,促进网络时代、信息共享时代的创新发展,也给高校思政教育带来网络时代的教学新挑战,为满足学生多样化思政学习需求,促进辅导员思政教育工作水平提升。还需要积极结合网络信息技术和平台,开展思政教育工作。目前以易班平台为主的教学方式被广泛地应用在思政教育中。因此,还需要充分发挥辅导员教育教学引导作用,充分运用易班组织思政教育工作,进而更好地吸引学生学习注意力,促进新时期背景下,辅导员思政教育工作的全面发展,弥补传统课堂教学存在的问题和不足。

Under the background of Internet+,promoting the innovation and development of the Internet age and information sharing era has brought new challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the Internet Age,so as to meet the needs of students’diversified ideological and political education and promote the ideological and political education level of counselors.We also need to actively combine network information technology and platform to carry out ideological and political education.At present,the teaching method based on E-class platform is widely used in ideological and political education.
