基于积极心理学视角职前幼儿教师积极思维的培养

摘要 职前幼儿教师是幼儿教师队伍中的重要储备力量,职前幼儿教师积极思维的发展不仅为个体的学习和生活有着积极的影响,也为将来的职业发展有着更好的推动作用。通过改变传统课堂单向知识传授的形式;运用多元化评价方式进行教育评价;教师帮助学生发现和发展自身的优势和学生自身要树立积极主动的学习态度和理念来训练和培养职前幼儿教师的积极思维。 Pre-service preschool teachers are an important reserve force in preschool teachers.The development of positive thinking of pre-service preschool teachers not only has a positive impact on individual learning and life,but also plays a better role in promoting future career development.Through changing the form of one-way knowledge imparting in traditional classroom;applying diversified evaluation methods to educational evaluation;teachers help students to discover and develop their own advantages and students themselves should establish a proactive learning attitude and concept to train and cultivate pre-service preschool teachers’positive thinking.
