新常态背景下高职教育舞蹈教学的产教融合深化

The Deepening of the Integration of Production and Teaching in Dance Teaching of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of New Normal

高职院校是培养技能型人才的基地,产教融合大背景下,如何完善舞蹈教学的相关教学体系,弘扬劳模精神,促进中国职业教育事业向好发展,是亟待解决的问题。产教融合作为促进经济社会和谐发展的一大重要举措,发挥着推动社会经济转型升级、驱动社会转型发展的重要作用。在社会经济现代化的背景下,以舞蹈教学为首的文化产业成了拥有巨大发展空间的朝阳产业。在发达国家,文化产业的增长值在其GDP中占比平均至少超过33.3%,相比之下,近年来我国文化产业的增长值在GDP中的占比却只有4%到4.5%。以舞蹈教学事业为例,想要缩短与发达国家之间的差距,实现对其的追赶与赶超,就应该加大力度培养具备创新能力的人才,完善教育与培训体系,深化产教融合、加强校企合作。本文通过分析产教融合的相关理念,结合高职教育事业在新常态下的发展形势,分析了高职教育中舞蹈教学工作在产教融合过程中遇到的问题,并提出了相应对策。

Higher vocational colleges are the base of training skilled talents.Under the background of integration of production and education,how to improve the relevant teaching system of dance teaching,carry forward the spirit of model workers,and promote the development of China’s vocational education is an urgent problem.As an important measure to promote the harmonious development of economy and society,the integration of production and education plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of social economy and driving the development of social transformation.In the context of social and economic modernization,the cultural industry led by dance teaching has become a sunrise industry with great development space.In developed countries,the growth value of cultural industry accounts for at least 33.3%of GDP on average.In contrast,in recent years,the growth value of cultural industry accounts for only 4%to 4.5%of GDP in China.Taking dance teaching as an example,if we want to shorten the gap between China and developed countries,and achieve the goal of catching up with them,we should strengthen the training of innovative talents,improve the education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,and strengthen school enterprise cooperation.In this paper,through the analysis of the concept of integration of production and education,combined with the development situation of higher vocational education in the new normal,analyzes the problems encountered in the process of production teaching integration in higher vocational education,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
