摘要
目的以微信公众号为媒介,创建一个基于“ITHBC”理论的延续护理微信平台,用于糖尿病患者的健康管理,探讨其在2型糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取福州市中医院内分泌科2019年3月—2020年10月收治的140例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组(70例)和对照组(70例)。对照组在医院接受常规糖尿病健康教育、电话随访和回访,观察组在对照组的基础上,运用基于“ITHBC”理论为指导的微信云平台延续护理健康教育模式,并对两组患者血糖、血液生化指标、自我管理能力、生活质量的变化进行对比分析。结果相比对照组,观察组患者血糖、血液生化指标变化较优,自我管理能力、生存质量有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众号平台的延续护理健康教育服务对改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖及生存质量具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To use the WeChat official account as a medium to create a continuous care WeChat platform based on the"ITHBC"theory for the health management of patients with diabetes,and to explore its clinical application value in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(70 cases)and control group(70 cases)by random number table method.Control group in the hospital for regular diabetes health education,telephone followup and review,on the basis of the observation group in the control group,based on"ITHBC"theory as the instruction of WeChat cloud platform continue nursing health education model,and the two groups of patients'blood sugar,blood biochemical indicators,self management ability,the change of life quality were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the differences in blood glucose and blood biochemical indicators in the observation group were better,and the self-management ability and quality of life were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuing nursing health education service based on the WeChat public account platform has certain clinical significance for improving the blood glucose and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.
