不同尿白蛋白排泄状态的2型糖尿病患者血清胎球蛋白A变化的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Changes of Serum Fetuin A in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Different Urinary Albumin Excretion Status

目的比较不同尿白蛋白排泄状态下2型糖尿病患者血清胎球蛋白A的变化情况。方法从2018年1月—2021年1月期间该院收治的2型糖尿病患者中选择100例进行比较,根据尿蛋白的实际状况,将其分为正常白蛋白尿组(A组,包含患者30例)、微量白蛋白组(B组,包含患者35例)以及糖尿病肾病组(C组,包含35例患者),对比3组血清胎球蛋白A、三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白、肌酐指标。结果C组血清胎球蛋白A、三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白、肌酐指标高于B组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组总胆固醇差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着人体尿蛋白排泄浓度升高,则2型糖尿病患者的血清胎球蛋白A也随之升高,可以根据胎球蛋白判断患者是否存在糖尿病肾病。

Objective To compare the changes of serum fetuin A in patients with type 2 diabetes under different states of urinary albumin excretion.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,100 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the hospital were selected for comparison.According to the actual condition of urine protein,they were divided into normal albuminuria group(group A,including 30 patients),microalbumin group(group B,including 35 patients),and diabetic nephropathy group(group C,including 35 patients),compare the three groups of serum fetuin A,triacylglycerol,glycosylated hemoglobin,and compare the three groups of serum fetuin A,triacylglycerol,glycosylated hemoglobin,Creatinine index.Results The indexes of serum fetuin A,triacylglycerol,glycosylated hemoglobin,and creatinine in group C were higher than those in group B than in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion With the increase of human urine protein excretion concentration,the serum fetuin A of type 2 diabetic patients also increase,and it can be judged whether the patient has diabetic nephropathy based on fetuin.
