养心益气汤治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Yangxin Yiqi Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者接受养心益气汤治疗的临床疗效。方法从该科室2016年1月—2020年12月接收的77例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中,采用常规西药治疗的38例入选对照组,采用养心益气汤治疗的39例患者入选观察组,比较两组血糖、心功能及疗效差异。结果观察组治疗后FPG、2 hPG血糖水平为(7.43±1.11)、(9.28±1.49)mmol/L,较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.341、6.217,P<0.05);观察组治疗后心脏功能指标数值为LVEDD(55.61±9.33)mm、LVESD(45.54±9.48)mm、LVEF(63.39±10.61)%,和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=3.900、3.769、5.752,P<0.05);观察组和对照组疗效总有效率分别为(68.42%)、(87.18%),明显观察组更具有优势,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.937,P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病患者使用养心益气汤治疗,血糖、心脏功能改善效果优于常规西药,效果理想。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Yiqi Decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods 77 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease received from the department were selected as the research objects from January 2016 to December 2020.38 patients treated with conventional western medicine were selected into the control group,and 39 patients treated with Yangxin Yiqi Decoction were selected as the observation group.The differences in blood glucose,heart function and efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The FPG、2 hPG before and after treatment in the observation group were(7.43±1.11)mmol/L and(9.28±1.49)mmol/L,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.341,6.217,P<0.05);treatment in the observation group of posterior cardiac function indexes were LVEDD(55.61±9.33)mm,LVESD(45.54±9.48)mm,and LVEF(63.39±10.61)%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.900,3.769,5.752,P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 68.42%and 87.18%.Obviously,the observation group had more advantages,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.937,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yangxin Yiqi Decoction for patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease has better blood glucose and heart function improvement effects than conventional western medicine,and the effect is ideal.
