探讨持续皮下输注门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的疗效

Exploring the Effect of Continuous Subcutaneous Infusion of Insulin Aspart in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨对妊娠糖尿病患者予以持续皮下输注门冬胰岛素治疗的效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月72例妊娠糖尿病患者参与研究,根据入院时间分组,各36例。参照组使用生物合成胰岛素注射治疗,研究组使用持续皮下输注门冬胰岛素治疗。检验空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、并发症发生率等。结果治疗前研究中空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后相比于参照组数据,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均较低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与研究组并发症发生率为8.33%(3/36)相比较,参照组并发症发生率为27.78%(10/36)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.560,P=0.032)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者予以持续皮下输注门冬胰岛素治疗,临床效果明显,具有较高的安全性,临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,72 patients with gestational diabetes were selected to participate in the study.They were grouped according to the time of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with biosynthetic insulin injection,and the test group was treated with continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin aspart.Test fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,complication rate,etc.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the reference group data after treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the test group were lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the test group's complication rate of 8.33%(3/36),the reference group's complication rate was 27.78%(10/36)higher,,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.560,P=0.032).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin aspart for patients with gestational diabetes has obvious clinical effects,high safety,and high clinical application value.
