利拉鲁肽治疗T2DM合并NAFLD的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Liraglutide in the Treatment of T2DM Combined with NAFLD

目的观察利拉鲁肽治疗T2DM(2型糖尿病)合并NAFLD(非酒精性脂肪肝)的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月—2020年10月时间在该院就医的256例2型糖尿病并发非酒精性脂肪肝患者,按照患者治疗方式不同,将128例实施利拉鲁肽治疗的患者作为研究组,其他128例实施常规治疗的患者作为对照组,观察两组临床疗效、血糖水平、症状改善情况及临床指标变化情况。结果两组患者的临床疗效、血糖水平、临床指标和生活质量等指标比较中,研究组明显优于对照组患者,且研究组患者的临床总有效率要显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者肝脏相关指标比较差异有所不同,除FGF21外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组各项血压指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后研究组收缩压与舒张压指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在T2DM合并NAFLD患者治疗过程中,以利拉鲁肽药物展开治疗干预,可显著改善患者症状,控制其血糖与血压处于正常值内,同时还能改善其预后,适宜临床深入研究与推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of liraglutide in the treatment of T2DM(type 2 diabetes)combined with NAFLD(non-alcoholic fatty liver).Methods 256 patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were treated according to the different treatment methods of the patients.128 patients who were treated with liraglutide were used as the study group.The remaining 128 patients undergoing conventional treatment served as a control group to observe the clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,symptom improvement and changes in clinical indicators of the two groups.Results In the comparison of the clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,clinical indicators,quality of life and other indicators of the two groups of patients,the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were differences Statistically significant(P<0.05).There were differences in liver-related indicators between the two groups of patients.Except for FGF21,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in blood pressure indicators between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with T2DM and NAFLD,treatment intervention with liraglutide drugs can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,control their blood glucose and blood pressure within normal values,and improve their prognosis.It is suitable for in-depth clinical research,promotion and application.
