T2DM患者联用长效胰岛素及口服降糖药治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment with Long-acting Insulin and Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in Patients with T2DM

目的分析T2DM患者联用长效胰岛素及口服降糖药治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月期间该院的接收的90例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式将其分成研究组与对照组各45例。对照组患者采取常规口服降糖药物进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合长效的胰岛素来进行治疗,比较两组治疗的满意度、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及不良反应的发生率。结果研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗之后,空腹血糖为(8.01±0.74)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(12.86±1.14)mmol/L,对照组治疗后空腹血糖为(6.51±0.43)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(10.67±0.84)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗满意度、住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病的患者来说,通过口服降糖药物联合长效胰岛素来进行治疗,这样能够有效地促进患者的血糖得到调节,并且加强血糖控制的概率,能够具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of combined long-acting insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs in patients with T2DM.Methods Randomly selected 90 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as the study,and then use a lottery method to divide them into the study group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional oral hypoglycemic drugs,and the patients in the study group were treated with long-acting insulin on this basis.The satisfaction of the two groups of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin.and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose of the study group was(8.01±0.74)mmol/L,2 hours postprandial blood glucose was(12.86±1.14)mmol/L,the control group’s fasting blood glucose was(6.51±0.43)mmol/L,postprandial 2 h blood glucose was(10.67±0.84)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction and length of stay in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,treatment with oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin can effectively promote the regulation of the patient's blood glucose,and strengthen the probability of blood glucose control,which can have high safety.
