探讨眼科专科护士在白内障合并糖尿病患者术后实施延续护理的效果

Exploration on the Effect of Ophthalmology Specialist Nurses Implementing Continuing Nursing Care for Patients with Cataract and Diabetes after Operation

目的探究眼科专科护士术后实施延续护理在白内障合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年1—9月84例接受手术治疗的白内障合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),给予对照组患者常规出院护理干预,观察组患者则由眼科专科护士实施延续护理干预,对比两组患者护理依从性和血糖、视力水平、并发症情况、SF-36评分。结果观察组患者护理依从性及视力水平均明显优于对照组患者,且血糖水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者社会职能、情感职能、生理职能明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科专科护士对白内障合并糖尿病患者开展术后延续护理,可有效提升临床治疗效果,提升患者护理依从性,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative continued care of ophthalmology specialist nurses in patients with cataract and diabetes.Methods The 84 patients of the hospital with cataract combined with diabetes treated with surgery from January to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine discharge nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing intervention by an ophthalmologist specialist nurse.The nursing compliance,blood sugar,visual acuity level,complications,and SF-36 score of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing compliance and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the blood glucose level was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The social function,emotional function and physiological function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ophthalmology specialist nurses carry out postoperative continuous nursing for patients with cataract and diabetes,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve patient care compliance,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life.
