摘要
学科与技能竞赛是以专业知识为基础,以综合应用能力为依托,以工程能力培养为目标的教学活动,是一种将理论与实践相结合的重要手段。工程型人才培养是应用型本科教学中重要的培养目标之一,在计算机相关专业中尤为明显。因此在人才培养过程中,需要将理论及实践深度融合,培养具有扎实理论功底且具有较强实践能力的工程型人才。实践证明通过对当前人才培养模式问题的分析,将学科竞赛融入人才培养过程中,实现“教赛融合”的培养模式,能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,丰富工程实践教学手段,有助于计算机工程型人才的培养。
The academic competition is based professional knowledge and comprehensive application ability,is a teaching activity to cultivate the students’engineering abilities and an important way that can combine theory with practice.The cultivation of engineering talents is one of significant aim in application-type undergraduate education,especially in computer-related majors.So,in order to cultivate talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability,it is necessary to deeply combine theory with practice in the process of talent training.It is proved that computer engineering talents training which combines teaching with competition is an excellent way to cultivate the computer engineering talents,because it can significantly evoke students'learning interest as well as enrich the methods of the engineering practical teaching.
