国内妇科恶性肿瘤康复期患者护理的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of nursing for patients with gynecologic-al cancer during the recovery period in China

目的:了解国内妇科恶性肿瘤康复期患者护理研究现状,为后续研究提供参考。方法:以“妇科恶性肿瘤/宫颈癌/卵巢癌/子宫内膜癌/外阴癌”、“康复”和“护理”为检索词在中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库内进行检索,时间限定为2000年1月1日至2020年12月31日。结果:共纳入文献618篇,来自全国32个省市、自治区,文章合著率为58.6%,得到科研基金资助的文章有70篇(11.3%)。关键词可形成4个聚类:深静脉血栓的预防和护理;子宫根治术后并发症护理;放化疗患者护理;心理护理。结论:研究者可从性需求、灵性需求等多个领域进行研究,以更好贴合康复期患者需求,提高其生存质量。

Objective To describe the current status of gynecological cancer recovering patients nursing research in China,and to provide references for further research.Methods Literature search was conducted in Chinese national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP and Sino Med database from 1 st January 2000 to December 312020.Results A total of 618 articles were included from 32 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions across the country.The co-authoring rate of the articles was 58.6%,and 70 articles(11.3%)were supported by scientific re-search funds.Keywords could be divided into 4 clusters:Prevention and nursing of Deep vein thrombosis;Nursing of complications after radical hysterectomy;Comprehensive nursing of patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy;Psychological nursing.Conclusion Researchers should focus on more fields such as sexual needs and spiritual needs to meet the needs of recovering patients and improve their quality of life.
