当前建筑项目工程开发资金严重浪费,为解决此问题,本文提出用于建筑工程造价的项目全过程投资控制方法研究。估算建设项目的投资数值,评价建筑项目的经济发展能力。分析建筑工程项目的总投资构成情况,在确定项目投资控制目标的同时,从准备工作、合同管理等多各方面,分析全过程投资的具体控制内容及其实施途径。由此确定全过程投资控制可以有效控制工程造价。

The current construction project development funds are seriously wasted.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a research on the whole process investment control method for the construction project cost.Estimate the investment value of the construction project and evaluate the economic development capacity of the construction project.Analyze the total investment composition of the construction project.While determining the project investment control target,analyze the specific control content of the entire process investment and its implementation methods from various aspects such as preparation work and contract management.Therefore,it is determined that the entire process investment control can effectively control the project cost.
