“赋权理论”视角下西部民族地区农民社区参与研究

From the perspective of empowerment theory farmers’community participation in western minority areas is studied

以赋权理论为视角,分析我国西部民族地区农民社区参与的建设状况,指出其中存在的问题:在微观个体层面,农民社区参与的意识与能力薄弱;在中观组织层面,参与组织缺位,庇护功能缺失;在宏观环境层面,情感纽带消解,制度保障不足。此基础上,从赋权的形式出发,从个人赋权、个体赋权、团体赋权、组织赋权、社区和政治赋权五个维度提炼出提升参与能力、丰富参与组织、健全组织文化以及构建参与保障的促进西部民族地区农民有效参与社区事务的增能建设路径。

From the perspective of empowerment theory,this paper analyzes the construction status of farmer community participation in western minority areas of China,and points out the existing problems:at the micro individual level,the awareness and ability of farmer community participation are weak,At the level of meso organization,there is absence of participating organization and absence of shelter function.At the macro level,the emotional bond is dissolved and the institutional guarantee is insufficient.This basis,from the form of empowerment,from personal empowerment and individual empowerment,community empowerment,organizational empowerment,community and political empowerment extract promotes participation ability,rich in five dimensions,to participate in the organization,improve the organizational culture,building security to promote the increasing of farmers’effective participation in community affairs of the western national regions to build path.
