Research on the construction of service innovation and entrepreneurship platform for scientific and technological workers

基于生态化视角,党和政府的政策从凸显多元化生态主体协同管理、强化主体化生态客体主动意识、重视开放性生态介体中介作用、营造浸润式生态环体良好氛围等四方面着手,为省域科技工作者服务创新创业创造平台建设提供有效的政策支撑和方向指引。着眼于经济社会高质量发展,优化省域科技工作者服务创新创业创造平台建设,可以从激发生态主体责任意识、增强生态客体主体意识、提高生态介体传递效能、加强生态环体熏陶功能等四个生态向度深入推进。

Based on the ecological perspective,the party and the government’s policies start from four aspects:highlighting the coordinated management of diversified ecological subjects,strengthening the active awareness of subjective ecological objects,paying attention to the intermediary role of open ecological mediators,and creating a good atmosphere for an infiltration ecological environment.Provincial science and technology workers provide effective policy support and direction guidance for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship creation platforms.Focusing on high-quality economic and social development,and optimizing the construction of provincial scientific and technological workers’service innovation and entrepreneurship creation platform,it can be further advanced from four ecological dimensions:stimulating the consciousness of ecological subject responsibility,enhancing the subject consciousness of ecological object,improving the transmission efficiency of ecological media,and strengthening the edification function of ecological environment.
