腊肠树的成分、药理作用及非药用功能的研究进展

Research progress on the ingredients,pharmacological effects and non-medicinal functions of Cassia fistula L.

目的针对腊肠树的化学成分、药理作用及非药用功能进行综述,为腊肠树质量控制、产品开发与临床应用提供依据。方法查阅近年来国内外有关腊肠树的成分、药理作用及非药用功能的基础性研究文献,并归纳总结。结果腊肠树的化学成分包括蒽醌类、黄酮类、甾体类、萜类和挥发油类等成分,其果实、种子、叶、花、树皮和树根等部位均可入药,具有润肠通便、抗菌杀虫、保护肝肾、抗氧化、抗炎解热、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和抗衰老等药理作用,还有染色与净化的经济价值。结论腊肠树是一种具有较高的药用、观赏与工业经济价值的天然药用植物。

Objective To review the chemical components,pharmacological effects and non-medicinal functions of Cassia fistula L.,so as to provide a solid basis for its quality control,product development and clinical application.Methods The latest research literatures of domestic and abroad on the ingredients,pharmacological effects and non-medicinal functions of Cassia fistula L.were summarized.Results The chemical components of Cassia fistula L.include anthraquinones,flavonoids,steroids,terpenes,volatile oils,and so on.Its fruits,seeds,leaves,flowers,bark,roots and other parts all can be used as medicine.It has many pharmacological effects,such as relaxing the bowels,antibacterial and insecticide effect,liver and kidney protection,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect,reducing blood lipid,hypoglycemic effect,anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-aging as well as the economic value of dying and purification.Conclusion Cassia fistula L.is a natural medicinal plant with high medicinal,ornamental and industrial economic value.
