非标高压容器厚壁不锈钢复合钢板焊接工艺评定

摘要 以土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田的非标容器在焊接中遇到的问题为工程背景,对非标容器涉及到的(138+3)mm厚壁Q345R(R-HIC)+022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢复合板进行了焊接工艺评定试验。通过增加复层倾角,并按照基层、过渡层、复层的顺序逐次完成焊接,焊后对厚壁复合板焊接工艺进行评定,同时分别测定了试样的力学性能、基层焊缝HIC性能、复层焊缝耐蚀性等。结果表明,采用此种工艺焊接的厚壁钢板具有良好的力学性能,基层焊缝抗HIC评价合格,复层焊缝具有较强的耐蚀性,均符合国标要求。此次评定试验为土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田6台吸收塔焊接提供了技术保障。 Based on the engineering background of the problems encountered in the welding of non-standard vessels in South Yolotan gas field in Turkmenistan,the welding procedure qualification test of(138+3)mm wall thickness Q345R(R-HIC)+022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel thick-walled composite plates involved in the non-standard vessels is carried out.By increasing the Angle of cladding layer and completing the welding successively to the order of base layer,transition layer and cladding layer.After welding,the welding process of thick-wall composite plate was tested and evaluated.The mechanical properties of the sample,the HIC properties of the base weld and the corrosion resistance of the cladding weld were measured respectively.The results show that the thick-wall steel plate welded by this process has good mechanical properties,the HIC evaluation of the base weld is qualified,and the corrosion resistance of the cladding weld is good,all of which meet the requirements of the national standard.This evaluation test provides technical support for the welding of 6 absorbers in South Yolotan gas field of Turkmenistan.
