摘要
为提高红色荧光粉的发光强度和色纯度,以硝酸钙、硝酸钠、硝酸铕、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、硝酸钡为原料,采用高温固相法合成了NaCa_(1-x)PO_(4):xEu^(3+)、NaCa_(1-x)(PO_(4))1-y(MoO_(4))y:xEu^(3+)、NaCa_(1-x-z)PO_(4):xEu^(3+),zBa^(2+)系列红色荧光粉。探讨了Eu^(3+)单掺杂和Eu^(3+)/MoO_(4)^(2-)、Eu^(3+)/Ba^(2+)共掺杂对荧光粉发光性能的影响。用X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光分光光度计、色坐标等对荧光粉的结构进行表征。研究结果表明:掺杂Eu^(3+)、MoO_(4)2-、Ba^(2+)后NaCaPO_(4)晶系没有发生变化,但是晶胞参数发生了变化,说明Eu^(3+)、MoO_(4)^(2-)、Ba^(2+)进入NaCaPO_(4)晶格中。在393 nm紫外光激发下,荧光粉发射光谱图出现两个Eu^(3+)比较强的特征发射峰,分别属于Eu^(3+)的^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)和^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)跃迁。与单掺杂16%Eu^(3+)荧光粉相比,共掺杂16%Eu^(3+)/3%MoO_(4)^(2-)或16%Eu^(3+)/6%Ba^(2+)荧光粉的发射光谱中^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)跃迁产生的发射峰强度均高于单掺杂16%Eu^(3+)荧光粉的发射峰强度,其^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)与^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)发射光强度之比(R)分别为1.76(RMo)和1.28(RBa),都大于单掺杂16%Eu^(3+)荧光粉的REu(0.99),共掺杂Eu^(3+)/MoO_(4)^(2-)荧光粉的色纯度比单掺杂Eu^(3+)和共掺杂Eu^(3+)/Ba^(2+)荧光粉的色纯度更好。
In order to enhance the luminous intensity and color purity of red phosphor,using calcium nitrate,sodium nitrate,europium nitrate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,ammonium molybdate and barium nitrate as raw materials,a series of red phosphors of NaCa_(1-x)PO_(4):xEu^(3+)、NaCa_(1-x)(PO_(4))1-y(MoO_(4))y:xEu^(3+)、NaCa_(1-x-z)PO_(4):xEu^(3+),zBa^(2+)were synthesized by high temperature solid phase method.The effect of mono-doping Eu^(3+)and co-doping Eu^(3+)/MoO_(4)2-and Eu^(3+)/Ba^(2+)phosphors on the luminescent properties of the phosphors were investigated.The structure of the phosphors was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fluorescence spectrophotometer and color coordinates.The results showed that the crystal system of NaCaPO_(4) did not change after doping Eu^(3+),MoO_(4)^(2-)and Ba^(2+),but the crystal cell parameters changed,indicating that Eu^(3+),MoO_(4)^(2-)and Ba^(2+)entered the lattice of NaCaPO_(4).Under the excitation of ultraviolet light at 393 nm,the emission spectra of phosphors showed two characteristic emission peaks of Eu^(3+),which belonged to the transition of^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1) and^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) of Eu^(3+).Compared with the mono-do-ped Eu^(3+)phosphor of 16%,in the emission spectra of the co-doped 16%Eu^(3+)/3%MoO_(4)^(2-)or 16%Eu^(3+)/6%Ba^(2+)phosphor,the emission peak intensity generated by^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transition was higher than that of the mono-doped Eu^(3+)phosphor of 16%.The emission intensity ratios(R)of^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) and^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1) were 1.76(RMo)and 1.28(RBa),respectively,which were higher than that of mono-doped REu(0.99).The color purity of co-doped Eu^(3+)/MoO_(4)^(2-)phosphor was better than that of mono-doped Eu^(3+)and co-doped Eu^(3+)/Ba^(2+)phosphors.
