摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央站在历史新高度,从战略全局出发,提出要面向世界科技前沿,面向经济主战场,面向国家重大需求,面向人民生命健康,加快建设科技强国。综合性国家科学中心作为国家重要的科技创新策源地,正在成为驱动高质量发展的创新高地。文章以四座科学中心所在区域为例,着眼于科学中心的科技创新实践,构建绩效评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度分析法和主成分分析法,开展科技创新绩效评价与比较研究。
The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core is standing at a new historical height,starting from the overall strategic point of view,and proposing to face the frontier of world science and technology,face the main economic battlefield,face the major needs of the country,face the people's life and health,and accelerate the construction of a powerful country in science and technology.The comprehensive national science center,as an important source of national scientific and technological innovation,is becoming an innovation highland that drives high-quality development.This article takes the area where the four science centers are located as examples,focuses on the scientific and technological innovation practices,builds a performance evaluation index system,and uses gray correlation analysis and principal component analysis to carry out scientific and technological innovation performance evaluation and comparative research.
