尽管人们认为市场是迄今为止配置资源最为有效的手段,但透过西方经济学的分析框架,我们会发现,在“市场在资源配置中起决定性作用”前提下,会出现价格机制失灵、资本的竞相投资浪费、市场结构无序、“经济人”的道德情操危机、国际经济风险等市场资源配置效率难题。虽然这些难题并不是市场配置资源的主要结果,但其对经济社会的良性健康发展具有相当大的破坏性。
