摘要 劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容,马克思人学理论为新时代劳动教育提供了坚实理论基础和有效培养路径。马克思人学本质论强调劳动教育传授学生基本劳动知识与技能,培养树立正确劳动价值观;马克思人学需要论强调劳动教育将时代需求与学生需要相统一,培养有创新、有理想、有信仰的社会主义接班人;马克思人学发展论强调劳动教育的根本价值在于培养德智体美劳全面发展的人,在发展中实现对自身的认识,解决“为何而生”的困惑,使人在劳动中获得快乐和幸福感。 Labor education is an important content of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.Marxist Theory of Humanism provides a solid theoretical foundation and effective training path for labor education in the new era.Marxist Theory of Humanism in essence emphasizes that labor education teaches students basic labor knowledge and skills and cultivates and establishes correct labor values;Marxist Theory of Human Needs emphasizes that labor education integrates the needs of the times with the needs of students,and cultivates socialist successors who are innovative,having lofty ideals,and faithful.Marxist Theory of Humanism emphasizes that the fundamental value of labor education lies in cultivating people with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor,realizing their own understanding during development,solving the puzzle of"why we are born",and making people gain joy and happiness in work.
