The service of township government is the last mile for the government to serve the people,and its ability is directly related to the relationship between the party and the people.Le’an County of Jiangxi tries to realize the resource integration effect of one door and more offices through the integration and coordination of township departments,enabling the town to achieve three-level interconnection,strengthening the work guarantee of township governments and consolidate the service foundation,improving the management system for cadres in townships and towns,and taking measures to enhance their service vitality,so as to improve their service capacity and meet people’s production and living needs.
