替勃龙联合钙剂治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的效果与安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Tibolone Combined with Calcium Treatment on the Osteoporosis of Women of Post-menopause

分析替勃龙联合钙剂治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的效果与安全性。选取120例骨质疏松妇女为研究对象,将其随机分为唑来膦酸组、替勃龙组、联合用药组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗时长均为2年。对比观察4组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。经过治疗后,4组患者的治疗有效率差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。4组患者的不良反应发生率差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结果表明,在采用替勃龙的基础上应用唑来膦酸治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效确切,患者易于接受和认可。

The research analyzes the effect and safety of Tibolone combined with calcium treatment on the osteoporosis of women of post-menopause.120 women with osteoporosis were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into zoledronic acid group,Tibolone group,drug combination group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Treatment time is 2 years.Treatment effect and adverse reaction incidence of patients in 4 groups are compared.After treatment,there is statistically significant difference among 4 groups in the effective treatment rate(P<0.05).There is statistically significant difference among 4 groups in the adverse reaction rate(P<0.05).The results show that there is exact effect of Tibolone combined with calcium treatment on the osteoporosis of women of post-menopause,and the patients are likely to accept.
