摘要
采用生活满意度问卷、正负情绪量表、主观活力量表、焦虑自评量表和欲望指数量表对429名大学生、研究生和已工作人员进行调查,考察了在我国文化背景下内外部目标对幸福感(well-being)和不幸福感(ill-being)的影响。结果发现:(1)相比于外部目标,我国被试更加看中内部目标;(2)女性比男性更加注重内部目标;(3)在校学生比已工作人员更加注重成名;(4)内部目标显著正向预测了幸福感,负向预测了不幸福感,外部目标无法预测幸福感,但正向预测了不幸福感。
The purpose of the present study was to explore the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic goals on well-being and ill-being in the context of Chinese culture.A sample of 429 undergraduates,postgraduates and employees was participated in this study,they were asked to complete SWLS,PANAS,Subjective Vitality Scale,SAS and Aspiration Index.The results indicated that:(1)People placed more emphasis on intrinsic goals than extrinsic goals;(2)Women placed more emphasis on intrinsic goals than men;(3)Students paid more attention to fame than employees;(4)Intrinsic goals positively predicted well-being and negatively predicted ill-being;extrinsic goals cannot predict well-being,but positively predicted ill-being.
