摘要
基层教学组织是一流本科教育的“细胞”组织。基层教学组织的健康度与活跃度直接关系到“以本为本”“四个回归”是否有效落地。基于案例高校——台州学院的分析,对优化基层教学组织的运行提出内蕴提升、制度保障与推进、重视教师教学发展中心作用、认真选聘负责人、质量文化的基础性营造等建议。
Grass-roots teaching organization is the cell and tissue of the first-class undergraduate education,whose health and activity are directly related to the effectiveness of the“four regressions”.Based on the case analysis of Taizhou University,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization of grass-roots teaching organization operation,such as the promotion of connotation,system guarantee and promotion,the emphasis on the role of teachers'teaching development,the careful selection of the person in charge,and the basic construction of quality culture.
