新设计的用于AOD炉低温段的角管式余热锅炉,充分开发了AOD炉原废弃的低温余热资源,产生蒸汽用于生产。结合相关项目的实际情况,为日后类似的项目提供借鉴经验,对于我国在节能增效的条件下促进AOD炉炼制不锈钢的发展具有一定的参考意义。

The newly designed corner tube waste heat boiler used in the low temperature section of the AOD furnace fully exploits the low temperature waste heat resources originally abandoned in the AOD furnace and generates steam for production.Combining the actual situation of related projects,it provides reference for similar projects in the future,which has certain reference significance for my country to promote the development of stainless steel refining in AOD furnaces under the conditions of energy saving and efficiency.
