以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为基础元件,详细介绍了工业锅炉远程监测系统的设计方法,根据水煤浆锅炉系统工作流程详细阐述了出口蒸汽温度、鼓风压力、进水温度、汽包液位等控制节点的数据转换程序,并以鼓风机控制为例具体说明了该节点的控制方案。
The design method of remote monitoring system for industrial boiler based on PLC is introduced.According to the working process of coal water slurry boiler system,the data conversion program of control nodes such as outlet steam temperature,blast pressure,water inlet temperature and drum liquid level is elaborated in detail.Taking the blower control as an example,the control of the node is described in detail.
