基于激光超声波探测的户外运动器械磨损程度检测

Wear degree detection of outdoor sports equipment based on laser ultrasonic detection

摘要 现有检测方法得到磨损特征数据群体数量较大,在利用该数据群体判断户外运动器械磨损程度时,干扰数据组较多,导致实际检测得到的磨损误差较大,针对该问题,设计一种基于激光超声波探测的户外运动器械磨损程度检测方法。选取激光光源发射位置后,构建一个三角几何关系,设定激光超声波探测范围,固定户外运动器械体积参数后,重建器械的成像边界,提取只含磨损特征像素点的数据集,计算像素点的灰度值后,采用Harris小波特征表示磨损特征的矢量后,使用得到的倍数特征关系,判断器械实际的磨损程度。准备已知参数的激光超声波探测仪,随机选定一个器械搭建实验平台,分别使用两种现有检测方法以及设计的检测方法进行检测,结果表明:设计的检测方法得到磨损误差最小。 Existing detection method to get the wear characteristic data quantity is bigger,in the use of the data group judgment of outdoor sports equipment wear and tear,interfere with the data set is more,lead to actual error detection of wear and tear,aiming at this problem,a kind of outdoor sports equipment wear is designed based on laser ultrasonic detection of level detection method.Launched location selection of laser light source is used to build a triangular geometry relationship.The laser ultrasonic detection range is sed,outdoor sports equipment volume parameter is fixed,the reconstruction imaging boundary of instrument,the extract contains only the wear characteristics of pixel data sets,the gray levels of pixels are calculated.Using small potter character Harris said the wear characteristics of vector,the characteristics of multiple relations is used,judge the wear degree of the instruments actually.A laser ultrasonic detector with known parameters was prepared,and an instrument was randomly selected to build an experimental platform.The two existing detection methods and the designed detection method were respectively used for testing.The results showed that the designed detection method achieved the minimum wear error.
