摘要
为了提高数控机床工艺术语库的表达能力,提出了一种基于XML交换格式的数控机床工艺术语库构建方法。采用XML交换格式实现数控机床工艺术语库的编码设计,建立了数控机床工艺术语库的语义特征表达模型,采用嵌入式的交叉编译方法实现数控机床工艺术语库的程序加载,利用算术编码和程序融合控制方法,构建数控机床工艺术语库的信息融合模型,并结合统计序列分析和谱分量检测方法,在XML交换格式下,实现数控机床工艺术语库的特征检测和信息参数融合,实现数控机床工艺术语库的语义表达和特征检测。实验表明,采用该方法进行数控机床工艺术语库构建的特征辨识能力较好,提高了数控机床工艺术语库的信息表达与融合度水平。
In order to improve the expressive ability of NC machine tool technology terminology database,a method of constructing NC machine tool technology terminology database is proposed based on XML exchange format.The XML exchange format is used to realize the coding design of the NC machine tool technology terminology library,the semantic feature expression model of the NC machine tool technology term library is established,the embedded cross-compilation method is used to realize the program loading of the NC machine tool technology term library,and the arithmetic coding and program fusion are used aas control method to construct the information fusion model of the NC machine tool process terminology database,and combine the statistical sequence analysis and the spectral component detection method,in the XML exchange format,realize the feature detection and information parameter fusion of the NC machine tool process terminology library,and realize the NC machine tool process terminology Semantic expression and feature detection of the library.Experiments show that using this method to construct the NC machine tool process terminology database has better feature recognition ability,and improves the information expression and fusion level of the NC machine tool process terminology database.
