摘要
为了提高小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性和防护能力,提出基于专家系统补偿控制的小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性控制方法。构建小型气窑煤气主管道压力参数解析模型,采用低雷诺数湍流模型进行小型气窑的煤气主管道的压力输出稳态拟合,结合温度、压力参数的联合特征分析方法,构建小型气窑煤气主管道压力拟合控制模型,通过最小屈服强度分析方法进行小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性参数调节,采用压强、温度、压力以及屈服响应力的多维参数反馈控制方法,构建小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性控制专家系统,在专家系统规则引导下,实现小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性控制和优化反馈补偿。仿真表明,采用该方法进行小型气窑的煤气主管道压力稳定性控制稳定性较好,鲁棒性较好。
In order to improve the pressure stability and protection ability of the main gas pipeline of small gas kiln,the pressure stability control method of the main gas pipeline of small gas kiln based on expert system compensation control is proposed.The analytical model of pressure parameters of gas main pipeline of small-sized gas kiln is constructed,and the steady-state fitting of pressure output of gas main pipeline of small-sized gas kiln is carried out by using low reynolds number turbulence model.Combined with the joint characteristic analysis method of temperature and pressure parameters,the pressure fitting control model of gas main pipeline of small-sized gas kiln is constructed,and the pressure stability parameters of gas main pipeline of small-sized gas kiln are adjusted by the minimum yield strength analysis method.The multi-dimensional parameter feedback control method of pressure,temperature,pressure and yield response force is adopted to construct an expert system for pressure stability control of main gas pipeline of small gas kiln.Under the guidance of expert system rules,the pressure stability control and optimal feedback compensation of main gas pipeline of small gas kiln are realized.Simulation results show that this method has good stability and robustness in controlling the pressure stability of the main gas pipeline of small gas kiln.
