延胡索种子的萌发特性研究

摘要 为探明延胡索种子发芽最适萌发条件和在泰州地区的最适播种季节,以浙江东阳延胡索种子为试验材料,研究延胡索种子吸水率及其在不同GA3浓度(100,150,200,250,300,350,400 mg·L^(-1))、温度(10,15,20,25℃)、光照(全光照、全黑暗)条件下的发芽特性。结果表明:延胡索种子吸水率为60.9%,当GA3浓度为300 mg·L^(-1)时,温度为15℃,延胡索种子发芽率最高达39.21%;当GA3浓度为300 mg·L^(-1)时,温度为25℃,延胡索种子发芽势最高为22.45%,发芽整齐;当GA3浓度为350 mg·L^(-1),全光照条件下,发芽率和发芽势均最高。故在播种前进行全光照处理,并用GA3浓度为300 mg·L^(-1)浸种,且温度15℃最适合泰州地区延胡索种子的萌发。 In order to find out the optimum germination conditions of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds and the optimum sowing season in Taizhou,the seeds of Corydalis yanhusuo from Dongyang,Zhejiang Province were used as experimental materials.The seed water absorption characteristics,and the seed germination characteristics under different GA3 concentration(100,150,200,250,300,350,400 mg·L^(-1)),temperature(10,15,20,25℃)and light(full light and full darkness)were studied.The results showed that the water absorption of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds was 60.9%.When the GA3 concentration was 300 mg·L^(-1) and the temperature was 15℃,the germination rate of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds was up to maximum of 39.21%.When the concentration of GA3 was 300 mg·L^(-1) and the temperature was 25℃,the germination potential of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds was highest of 22.45%,and the germination was neat.When the concentration of GA3 was 350 mg·L^(-1),the germination rate and germination potential were the highest under full light.Therefore,full light treatment before sowing,soaking seeds with GA3 concentration of 300 mg·L^(-1) and temperature of 15℃were the most suitable for the germination of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds in Taizhou.
