摘要
山丹县地处河西走廊祁连山二阴地区,是典型的国家区域性马铃薯良种繁育基地,为筛选适合该区域马铃薯种薯扩繁和商品薯生产的优质、高产、抗病品种,在垄膜沟灌栽培条件下,对‘陇薯3号’、‘陇薯6号’、‘陇薯7号’、‘陇薯8号’、‘大西洋’、‘费乌瑞它’6个马铃薯品种的4个不同级别种薯(原原种、原种、一级种和二级种)进行田间试验,比较了不同品种不同种薯级别的经济和产量性状。结果表明:从原原种、原种、一级种至二级种,随着种薯级别的降低,外观整齐度下降,商品性下降;所供试的晚熟品种‘陇薯3号’、‘陇薯6号’、‘陇薯7号’、‘陇薯8号’产量表现为原种>原原种>一级种>二级种,中早熟品种‘大西洋’和‘费乌瑞它’产量表现为原原种>原种>一级种>二级种。综合来看,在山丹县及相似条件地区,以‘费乌瑞它’和‘大西洋’原原种做种薯,进行种薯繁育和大田生产产量高。
Shandan County is located in the Eryin area of the Qilian Mountains in the Hexi Corridor,which is a typical national regional potato seed breeding base.In order to screen high-quality,high-yield and disease-resistant varieties suitable for the expansion of seed potato and commercial potato production in this region,field trials were carried out on seed potatoes of 6 different varieties including'Longshu 3','Longshu 6','Longshu 7','Longshu 8','Atlantic',and'Favorita',and 4 different levels including original-original seed,original seed,first-level seed,and second-level seed under the conditions of ridge film furrow irrigation,the economic and yield traits of different varieties and levels of potatoes seed were compared.The results showed that from the original seed,the original seed,and the first seed to the second seed,the appearance uniformity and the commerciality decreased following with the decreasing level of seed potatoes.The yields of the tested late-maturing varieties'Longshu 3','Longshu 6','Longshu 7',and'Longshu 8'represented as original seed>original-original seed>first-level seed>second-level seed,and mid-early maturing varieties'Atlantic'and'Favorita'output represented as original-original seed>original seed>first-level seed>second-level seed.On the whole,'Favorita'and'Atlantic'original species were used as seed potatoes for seed potato breeding and field production with high yields in Shandan County and areas with similar conditions.
