摘要 教师是教育发展的重要因素之一,以卓越为目标的中学数学教师职前培养是教师发展的重要阶段.在国家卓越教师培养计划的宏观目标指导下,立足于社会需求与教学实践等方面的实际情况,提出并阐述了卓越中学数学教师的内涵.在培养路径上,高等师范院校应该结合高等教育和基础教育的各自特征和优势,强调卓越中学数学教师职前培养的系统性和过程性,倡导“课上+课下”“校内+校外”的双维度实践教学模式,体现对教师教育发展的积极探索. Teacher is one of the important factors in the development of education.The cultivation of mathematics teachers of middle school in pre-service stage with the goal of excellence is an important stage of the teacher development.In this paper,under the guidance of the national macro goal of cultivating excellent teachers and according to the social needs and teaching practice,the connotation of the excellent mathematics teachers is expounded.On cultivating excellent mathematics teachers of middle schools,normal universities should combine the characteristics and advantages of higher education and basic education,emphasize the systematization and process,advocate the two-dimension practical teaching mode of“in class&after class”and“at campus&outside the campus”,which reflects the active exploration of the development of teachers’education.
