基于协同培养模式的体育人才培养范式,既是人才培养理念的创新,也是人才培养路径的变革.体育人才协同培养模式具有参与主体多元化、价值取向同构性、人才培养联动性等特征.协同培养模式不仅推动资源共享,形成交叠协同机制,而且以人才诉求为核心.为此,需要科学构筑协同育人场域,建立融合协作的协同培养范式,建构以个体关怀为核心的协同培养导向,形成协同培养创新联盟,从而形成体育人才协同培养的现实路径.

The collaborative training mode of sports talents is not only an innovation of ideas,but also a change of paths of training talents.The collaborative training of sports talents has the characteristics of diversification of participants,homogeneity of value orientation,and linkage of talent training.Collaborative training promotes resource sharing,forms overlapping mechanism,and centers on talent demands.Therefore,it is necessary to build a collaborative field,establish a paradigm of integration and collaboration,build a training orientation centered on individual care,and form a collaborative training innovation alliance,thereby forming a realistic approach to collaborative training of sports talents.
