某院2016年至2019年医疗机构制剂使用情况分析

Application Situation of Pharmaceutical Preparations Dispensed by Medical Institutions in a Hospital from 2016 to 2019

目的探讨医疗机构制剂的可持续发展。方法回顾性分析医院2016年至2019年医疗机构制剂的使用情况,包括在生产品种数、总批次、总销量、总销售额,并提出发展建议。结果该院2016年至2018年医疗机构制剂总销售量和总销售额均逐渐减少,2019年均有所增加;中药制剂和西药制剂发展不均衡,2016年至2019年年度销量排序前10位的医疗机构制剂各中中药制剂仅1种(紫草油);2016年至2019年销售量稳定增长的有炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂、甲硝唑氯霉素涂剂/栓剂、紫草油。结论在保持现有制剂稳定生产的基础上,医院应加大制剂成果转化扶持力度,推动制剂从科研到临床的有效转化;充分发挥中药制剂的优势,开发特色制剂;立足区域医疗联合体,建立区域医疗机构制剂生产中心,保障医疗联合体内医院的临床用药需求;不断开发新剂型,实现医疗机构制剂的可持续发展。

Objective To investigate the sustainable development of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions.Methods The application of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions from 2016 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,including the number of varieties,total batches,overall sales volume and overall sales,and the development suggestions were put forward.Results The overall sales volume and overall sales of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions decreased gradually from 2016 to 2018,while they increased in 2019.The development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparation and chemical medicine preparation was not balanced,there was only one TCM preparation(Zicao Oil)in the top 10 annual sales of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions in our hospital from 2016 to 2019.The sales volume of Calamine and Menthol Lotion,Metronidazole and Chloramphenicol Paint/Suppository,and Zicao Oil had increased steadily from 2016 to 2019.Conclusion Based on maintaining the stable production of existing preparations,the hospital should strengthen the support for the achievement transformation of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions,and promote the effective transformation of preparations from scientific research to clinical practice,give full play to the advantages of TCM preparations and develop characteristic preparations,establish the pharmaceutical preparation production center of regional medical institutions based on the regional medical association to ensure the clinical drug demand of hospitals in the medical association,and continuously develop new dosage forms to realize the sustainable development of pharmaceutical preparations dispensed by medical institutions.
