加速康复外科理念下结直肠癌围术期营养药物治疗应用效果

Application Effect of Nutritional Drugs Therapy Based on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in Patients with Colorectal Cancer During the Perioperative Period

目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念下营养药物治疗在结直肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取医院2016年10月至2018年5月收治的行结直肠癌根治术患者37例作为对照组,选取2019年9月至2020年6月收治的行结直肠癌根治术患者39例作为干预组。对照组患者给予传统围术期营养支持,干预组患者实施ERAS理念下营养药物治疗。结果干预组患者术后1,3,7 d总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白及术后3,7 d淋巴细胞总数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,住院总费用及感染性并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组和对照组药品不良反应发生率相当(10.26%比18.92%,P>0.05)。结论ERAS理念下营养药物治疗,能有效提高患者的术后营养水平,增强机体免疫力,促进快速康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional drug therapy based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients with colorectal cancer during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 37 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer from October 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected as the control group,and 39 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer from September 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as the intervention group.During the perioperative period,the patients in the control group were given traditional nutritional support,while the patients in the intervention group were given nutritional drug therapy based on ERAS.Results The total protein,albumin and proalbumin on the first,third and seventh day after surgery,the total lymphocyte count on the third and seventh day after surgery in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first anal exhaust and defecation,length of hospital stay in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total cost of hospital stay and incidence of infectious complications in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the intervention group was similar to that in the control group(10.26%vs.18.92%,P>0.05).Conclusion The nutritional drug therapy based on ERAS during the perioperative period can effectively improve the postoperative nutrition level of patients,enhance the body’s immunity and promote the rapid rehabilitation of the disease.
