建筑企业弹性安全文化与安全绩效的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究安全管理新范式,将弹性工程和安全文化相结合,构建适应建筑行业的弹性安全文化概念,其由最高管理承诺、同事安全感知、学习文化、报告文化、预测、适应力和意识感知7个维度组成。研究运用结构方程模型分析了SCR对于企业建筑工人安全绩效的影响路径及7个弹性维度的相互作用关系。结果表明:最高管理承诺对安全绩效有着核心积极影响,同时通过5条不同的路径作用于安全绩效;同事安全感知,学习文化,报告文化以及预测在最高管理承诺对安全绩效影响中起链式中介作用;意识感知和适应力是影响建筑企业安全绩效的最重要的两大个体因素。因此,强化从高层管理到现场层面再到个人层面的协作联动是提高企业安全绩效的关键。 In order to explore the impact of safety culture resilience on the safety performance of construction enterprises,the concept of SCR(Safety Culture Resilience)adapting to the construction industry is constructed by combining resilience engineering and safety culture,which is measured by seven dimensions,including top management commitment,colleague safety perception,learning culture,reporting culture,anticipation,adaptability and awareness.Structural Equation Model(SEM)is used to analyze the influence path of SCR on workers safety performance and the interaction of seven resilience dimensions.The research shows that:top management commitment has a core positive impact on safety performance,and it acts on safety performance through five different paths;colleague safety perception,learning culture,reporting culture and anticipation play a chain mediating role in the impact of management commitment on safety performance;awareness and adaptability is the most important two individual factors affecting the safety performance.Therefore,this paper considers that the key to improve safety performance is to take the management commitment,awareness and adaptability as the first priority,helped by the colleague safety perception,anticipation,learning and reporting culture,and strengthen the cooperation and linkage from the top management to the site level and then to the individual level.
