软骨皮肤推进瓣急诊即刻修复耳轮缘缺损的临床应用

Clinical application of immediate repair of part helix rim defect with chondrocutaneous advancement flap

目的探讨软骨皮肤推进瓣急诊即刻修复耳轮缘缺损的临床效果。方法对2016年1月~2019年1月来我院急诊的13例外伤后耳轮缘皮肤及软骨部分缺损的患者采用软骨皮肤推进瓣即刻修复,基于宽广的耳后皮肤蒂,沿缺损耳轮缘上下做皮肤软骨瓣推进修复耳轮缘缺损。结果13例耳轮缘部分缺损均在急诊环境下即刻修复,耳轮形态满意,颅耳角无改变,仅耳轮高度略有减小,随访3月耳轮形态稳定。结论软骨皮肤推进瓣是简单安全一步完成的方法,可在急诊条件下即刻修复耳轮缘部分缺损,产生满意的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the chondrocutaneous advancement flap on immediate repair of part helix rim defect.Methods A total of 13 patients with part helix rim defect were immediately repaired using the chondrocutaneous advancement flap from January 2016 to January 2019.The chondrocutaneous advancement flap were made along the upper and lower edge of the defect to repair the defect.Results All the 13 cases were applied with this method to repair immediately the defect in the emergency environment.The shapes of helix rim contour were good and the auriculocephalic angles had not been changed,with just a slight reduction in the height of the ears.The shapes of the ears were stable in 3 months’follow-up.Conclusion The chondrocutaneous advancement flap could immediately repair the part helix rim defect,which had the advantage of simple operation,satisfactory clinical effect at the first treatment,and the flap was easy to survive.
