糖尿病并发症体验式护理对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制的影响

Influence of Experiential Nursing for Diabetes Complications on Disease Control of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究糖尿病并发症体验式护理对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年7月该院60例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组30例、对照组30例,观察组予以糖尿病并发症体验式护理、对照组常规护理,观察对疾病控制的影响。结果护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标水平均有所降低,与对照组相比,观察组上述水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我效能总评分均有所升高,与对照组相比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我管理能力总评分均有所升高,与对照组相比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%、对照组为26.67%,与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者予以糖尿病并发症体验式护理干预,能有效控制患者血糖水平,预防并发症发生,提升患者生存质量,对维持病情稳定有积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of experiential nursing for diabetes complications on disease control of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From June 2019 to July 2020,60 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases according to the random number table method.The observation group received experiential care for diabetes complications and control group with routine nursing,observing the impact on disease control.Results After nursing,the two groups of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other index levels decreased.Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the two groups'self-efficacy total scores increased,compared with the control group,the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the total scores of self-management ability of the two groups increased,compared with the control group,the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%and that of the control group was 26.67%.Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complications can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,prevent complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a positive effect on maintaining the stability of the disease.
