妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病围术期患者应用综合护理干预的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Gynecological Tumors and Diabetes in Perioperative period

目的分析妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者应用综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月到院就诊的70例妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病手术患者,按抽签法进行分组,对照组35例,常规护理;观察组35例,基于对照组采用综合护理干预;比较两组护理效果。结果观察组血糖控制良好率高于对照组,低血糖、围术期感染、下肢静脉血栓率低于对照组,护理后希望水平及生存质量高于对照组,负性情绪低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,空腹胰岛素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者采用综合护理干预,能提高其生存质量,增加希望水平。

Objective Analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gynecological tumors and diabetes during perioperative period.Methods Seventy patients with gynecological tumors and diabetes surgery who came to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were divided into groups according to the lottery method.35 cases in the control group received routine care;35 cases in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group;Compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The rate of good blood glucose control in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The rates of hypoglycemia,perioperative infection,and lower limb venous thrombosis were lower than those of the control group.The level of hope and quality of life after nursing were higher than those of the control group.The negative emotion was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the fasting insulin was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for perioperative patients with gynecological tumors and diabetes can improve their quality of life and increase their level of hope.
