The Communist Party of China(CPC)has been founded for one hundred years,always bearing in mind as to seek happiness for Chinese people as its initial goal.In the process of the Chinese revolution and socialist construction,CPC gradually established and improved the basic socialist economic system,established the basic state policy of opening to the outside world,and established the social security system covering urban and rural areas,the system of macroeconomic regulation and control and other economic policies.These economic policies have played an important role in ensuring China’s rapid economic development and creating a miracle of rapid economic development.The centennial economic policy of the Communist Party of China has provided experience and reference for the construction of a new double-cycle development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international mutual promotion.To build a new pattern of development should be based on the new stage of development,following the new vision of development,continuing to improve policies for improving people’s wellfare,and staying committed to our original mission of seeking happiness for the people.We have to carry out the policy of market-based allocation of innovation factors to stimulate innovation and creativity;We will improve policies to foster domestic demand and consolidate the strategic basis for building a new development structure;We will improve policies to support agricultural and rural development,and keep the strategy of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in our backyard;We should break through barriers in production,distribution and consumption,making breakthrough in key areas and core technologies,moving China’s products toward the medium-high end,bettering match supply with demand,and providing strategic support for achieving the second centenary goal.
