摘要
目的:建立化妆品中六价铬的人工汗液提取方法。方法:样品经人工汗液在(37±2)℃下提取后,经二苯碳酰二肼显色后采用分光光度法测定六价铬含量。结果:该方法经实验测试,人工汗液作为提取液可用于化妆品中六价铬的提取试剂,其方法线性范围为0.05~0.6 mg/L,线性回归后r^(2)可达0.9997,平均回收率大于90%。结论:该法操作简便,具有较好的精密度和准确度,适用于化妆品中六价铬的检测。
Objective:To establish an artificial sweat extraction method for hexavalent chromium in cosmetics.Methods:the samples were extracted by artificial sweat at(37±2)℃,and then colored by diphenylcarbazide.The content of hexavalent chromium was determined by spectrophotometry.Results:the results showed that artificial sweat could be used as the extraction reagent for hexavalent chromium in cosmetics.The linear range of the method was 0.05~0.6 mg/L,r^(2) was 0.9997 after linear regression,and the average recovery was more than 90%.Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in cosmetics.
