摘要 为了探究浸润剂对玄武岩纤维抗拉强度的影响,通过拉伸试验测试三组玄武岩纤维原丝及其涂覆浸润剂后的抗拉强度。结果表明:浸润剂对玄武岩纤维的抗拉强度有着至关重要的作用,三组纤维涂覆浸润剂前后的拉伸断裂力由0.39~0.44 N提升至0.55~0.70 N;抗拉强度由1700~2000 MPa提升至2400~3100 MPa之间;抗拉强度提高了42.30%至62.79%。浸润剂在玄武岩纤维上的应用是至关重要的,可以有效提高玄武岩纤维的抗拉强度。 In order to investigate the influence of wetting agent on the tensile strength of basalt fiber,the tensile strength of three groups of basalt fiber fibers and their coated wetting agent were tested by tensile test.The results show that the wetting agent plays an important role in the tensile strength of basalt fibers;the tensile fracture force of three different fibers increases from 0.39~0.44 N to 0.55~0.70 N before and after coating with wetting agent;the tensile strength increased from 1700~2000 MPa to 2400~3100 MPa.The tensile strength was increased by 42.30%to 62.79%.The application of wetting agent on basalt fiber is very important,which can effectively improve the tensile strength of basalt fiber.
