表面等离子共振技术在公安领域的研究现状及应用展望

摘要 解决公安部门对快速准确的现场快检技术的迫切需求。在CNKI数据库和Web of Science数据库中以表面等离子体共振技术(Surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)作为关键词进行文献检索。综合文献结果,表明基于表面等离子体共振技术的新型生物传感器已经在在公安相关的毒品检测、食品安全、环境监测、生命科学、药物筛查以及法医鉴定等领域具有广泛的研究。利用SPR技术开发新的现场快检方法,能够具有检测快、选择性好、灵敏度高、检材处理步骤少和定性定量准确等优点,在公安相关领域的现场快检应用前景广阔。
