小纪汗煤泥水智能加药系统运行试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 选煤厂煤泥水系统是制约全厂经济效益的关键环节,高效的煤泥水加药系统可以实现煤泥在浓缩池的高效沉降,保证选煤厂稳定的生产。本文研究了多点加药系统对加药效果的影响以及煤泥水智能加药系统运行对重介质分选系统的影响,结果表明多点加药系统可以使药剂能够与煤泥水迅速混合、扩散,提高混合效果;智能加药系统的运行可以使上澄清水浓度降低,实现选煤厂清水洗煤,从而稳定了分选密度,精煤产率提高0.2%。 The slime water system of the coal preparation plant is a key link that restricts the economic benefits of the entire plant.The efficient slime water dosing system can realize the efficient sedimentation of the slime in the thickening tank and ensure the stable production of the coal preparation plant.This paper studies the influence of the multi-point dosing system on the dosing effect and the influence of the operation of the slime water intelligent dosing system on the heavy medium separation system.The results show that the multi-point dosing system can quickly mix and diffuse the agent with the slime water and improve the mixing effect;the operation of the intelligent dosing system can reduce the concentration of the clarified water,realize the clean water washing of the coal in the coal preparation plant,and stabilize the separation density,the yield of clean coal increased by 0.2%.
